My honey bunches had his birthday today! You know gifts are great but all that stuff doesn't mean as much as the people celebrating life with you (he did get gifts too). I love my husband and I am thankful for all the things he provides us with but mostly I am just thankful for the man that he is. Thankful.
Jason wanted Outback for supper . It was freezing cold with a chance of ice later but we went to Fort Worth anyway thinking we would be back before the ice got here (according to our twc app!). Noah went into his room and dressed up for the occasion what a sweetie pie! It moved my heart that he wanted to look his best for his daddy.
We went to Fort Worth and had a great time! We ate yummy food, laughed, and ate way too much bread. Then we started home! We got about 15 minutes from home and they had closed the interstate due to black ice and a really bad wreck. So, we had to take the back roads home. Our truck slid 3 times on the way home and we all prayed to make it back safely. God answered and we did. Jason, you got a birthday to remember!
