Ethan and Salvation!

Last Sunday, February 2nd was a big day in Ethan's life!

At Breakfast he started asking questions about Heaven, Hell, and Jesus. We answered all his questions and then he said he wanted to get saved. Since we were trying to get ready for church and didn't want to rush through this moment we told him we would talk about that after church. Also, we thought this would give him time to think it over and if it was truly time he would bring it up again after church.

After church we ate lunch and he brought it up again! So, we read the Bible to him and walked him through the prayer. He asked Jesus into his heart!! Woo to the hoo!!! He was so excited he ran out to tell his brothers. Then he came back with Caleb saying, "I want Jesus into my heart too." Ethan handed me the Bible and said, "OK mom start over!" I look at Jason and said, "What, is he an Evangelist?"!! I told Caleb we needed to let him grow a little older first!

So, proud of Ethan and his commitment to follow Jesus at the sweet young age of 6 1/2!!
