Here we are having a water balloon and water gun fight on a very hot Texas summer day...They bought me a pink water gun...how sweet is that....too bad I used it to soak them good!!! 5 played and 5 were soaked! We also played hide and seek with water guns once all the balloons were gone! Had a blast...
"When the moon hits your eye. Like a big pizza pie. That's Amore!" Introducing....Tre Fratelli Ristorante Italiano (3 brothers Italian restaurant)! These guys made some seriously delicious pizza pies!
Now that's Amore!!!
We took a trip to the Vintage Flying Museum. Very inexpensive and unique. They were not very busy and we had someone walk around with us giving us a very in depth tour! He answered all of our questions and gave us such a great insight into WW II. I don't think it would have been the same experience without our very knowledgeable tour guide. He, himself, had been part of a flight team on one of the air craft many years ago. The kids enjoyed learning and seeing so much of our history. The kiddos are also going to be featured in the newsletter...so cool! Of course the location of the museum is at an airport so we saw planes taking off and landing...also very cool!!!
Sometimes it is just too hot to go outside so we had a scavenger hunt inside. I made up 16 clues and hid them all over the house which led them running from one end to the other end to finally find the m&m's!!
Really Fun! Those are going to be great family memories. Can you just email me your summer bucket list ;)
