Friday, I went to Ethan's pre-k for his Mother's Day program. Brought back memories of Noah doing his program at the same little pre-k a few years back! They did such a great job with their songs! He made me so many little goodies...things to treasure for years to come!!! He also filled out this questionnaire about his mommy! For favorite food he put Hershey's!!! For favorite person he put Daddy!! Favorite color he put purple! For favorite places to go he put Applebee's (I do like that but the kids love it more than me!)! For favorite thing to do he put watch movies!!! He knows me pretty well!!! Then, when I picked up Noah from school he came to the car with more sweet handmade goodies they had made at school. Handmade really is the best gift of all! So cute!!!
Saturday night we went with friends to see Miranda Lambert in concert in Dallas! I LOVE her and have followed her for a long time! I had such a great time and couldn't believe I was really there!!! Erica & I sang along to the top of our lungs with every single song! haha! Also, that night we saw Chris Young, Jarrod Neiman, and the Pistol Annie's. It was one of the best concerts I have been too because it felt like a night with Miranda. She told stories and made you feel like one of her best friends! LOVED IT to pieces!
Sunday, I was treated like a queen! My boys were so sweet to me! I literally didn't lift a finger to do anything all day! They brought me breakfast in bed, made me cards, got me anything I needed all day! Plus gave me lots of hugs and kisses all day! I am so blessed to have such beautiful tender-hearted kids and such an amazing hubby! He took care of everything all day and had me all set up with movies while completely being pampered! At the end of the day I felt so amazingly loved that I started crying!!!! It was the perfect day ever! I love my husband and I love our kids! Love that they so unselfishly went out of their way to make me feel special all day. I LOVE THIS CREW! We also had lunch with my mom and dad! After living miles apart in the past it is so nice to have them close by! Enjoyed my day to the max!! Now I really got to bring it for Father's Day!!!! :)
