More Birthday Celebration for NOAH!

December 27th Noah turned 8 years old! Crazy!!! It really is hard to believe I have been a mom for 8 years now! Does that mean I have earned my Doctorate....haha not hardly!!!! Becoming a mom has been the most awesome experience and its hard to believe how much these little rugrats mean to me! Hard to believe just how much they change your life, your way of thinking, or the amount of necessary things you take with you on an outing now! My life forever changed 8 years ago! OK...no more reflecting back or I might start crying!!!

On to the birthday celebration!!! We had already done the friend celebration back on the 17th with his BIRTHday FUNday! So, on his actual birthday we needed some more fun-ness! We went to the local do-nut shop that morning. Noah walked in and ordered: "Yes, I will have a honey bun the size of my head!". The owner of the shop loved it and laughed so hard!!! Then we left there and came home for some outdoor play in our bizarre warmer than normal winter!!! Then Paw Paw came and picked up Noah and Ethan (Caleb was asleep) for an ice cream outing! Then more present opening...his brothers gave him a paper jam guitar, we gave him a bike, nana & paw paw gave him a video game for his leapster, and Jones family from MS had sent cards stuffed with money!!! All in all I think he had a great birthay!!! After all the bike riding we went to the movies to watch Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked! It was really cute but the most important part of this movie story is ALL 5 of us went to the movies for the first time since Caleb was born and he did great!!!!! I had tried once before at the free movies in the summer but that didn't turn out great!! Another crazy thing is we took up nearly a whole row...there was only one seat left!!! Love our family!
