Merry Christmas 2011!

This Christmas was a super fun one! The kids are at such a good age and say the funniest things. I really enjoyed all their excitement and anticipation of what was to come! I think every year I say this is the best Christmas ever!!!

First, we gave the kids their swing set a week early because we knew it would take awhile to build and we wanted them to enjoy it as much as possible during Christmas break. Paw Paw, Jason, and our friend Mark worked several days on it (and some of those days were rainy) to get it built! The kids were playing with it before they were even completely done! Many hours will be spent on this thing I am sure!
Noah and Ethan were in a Christmas program at Northside Baptist along with their friends Cameron, Bryant, Haylie, and Zachary! (I should have brought my big camera because the little one did not do good!) It was so super cute and I especially loved singing Silent Night at the end with just candle light...so super awesome!Had to get those letters to Santa...Quick trip to the Gaylord Texan for one night of awesomeness!! We went to the ICE exhibit which was fun but I think all of us would agree the best part was the snow tubing...it was so much fun! Seriously the most fun!!!

Then a little Christmas Eve Eve hot dog/marshmallow roast! We are all so blessed and had an awesome Christmas but here are few shots of the kids opening gifts from each other, Memaw & Paw Paw Jones, and Aunt Monica. We didn't make it to Mississippi this year so we did the Christmas shipping thing!!! The kids loved opening presents and showed so much excitement every single time! Loved how grateful they were for each gift!! I got a new camera (a small one for my purse)...it has a panoramic feature so I played!!!Cookies for Santa! Caleb ate his cookie for Santa!!! The boys were so worried that he wasn't going to get anything from Santa and might have gotten on the naughty list! hahaThen we went to the Christmas Eve service at church which was incredible but also incredibly packed!!! Then it was home and off to bed sleepy head after daddy read the night before Christmas!!! Of course, no one was ready to sleep!!!Then Christmas day we got up early to see what Santa brought and we had a birthday party for Jesus! Then later we celebrated even more with my parents, brother, and his fiance!
There is one word to sum up our week....BLESSED!
