Mommy didn't cry today!!

I am not saying there were not tears trying to come out but I did not let them fall! I left the school today with no tears as I dropped off Noah for kinder! I took him to the gym for morning assembly. He looked a little nervous as he sat by two of his new friends. Thats when I could feel the tears starting to mount up! Then I told him bye, Ethan gave hugs, and then we went to the hall. I turned around to look at him one last time and he was chatting it up all smiles with his two new friends! That made me feel so much better but it was funny they waited until his mom was out of the way to start talking!!!

Noah told Ethan today that when he gets to be a big 5 like him he will get to go to kindergarten too and its so much fun! He really is loving it. Yesterday when I picked him up he had learned 3 new songs and spent the rest of the evening performing them over and over. Then today when I woke him up he gave me another concert before we headed out the door. It really is helping my heart to see how much he loves it and makes it easier to let him go! It is also making me work harder at the time we do have together to make sure its quality time...fun together! Plus I'm learning a whole new side of Ethan. He is a lot different without Noah around. Actually more calm and doesn't feel the need to defend himself all day!!! Here's a video of Noah singing from Day 2 of kinder!!
