The Slow-ness of Summer......YES!

Love Summer....love the unscheduled lazy days. The nothing to do moments where the kids can actually have the opportunity to get bored! Forts are made, dino digs happen, adventures take place all in the backyard! So, we kicked off summer with a boys only tent campout in the backyard. This was a first for us. No grown ups. Honestly, I thought they would make it to about 2 am and then we would see their little faces standing beside our bed but to my complete surprise they made it ALL night!

Playtime with friends at Love Street Park...

Remember how in the last post I said I love carbs?! Yeah....my favorite...

More carbs celebrating National Donut Day with dad!

God really knows how to paint a beautiful picture...thankful for the slowdown to see it....

So, my parents went on vacation and we well might have...went swimming with friends at their house...
Noah went to science camp at the Fort Worth Science and History Museum. He LOVED it and is already asking to go again next year! He built a robot and a name tag that lights up!

We did a lot of exploring while he was at camp...
