Spring Break 2012

We headed to a cabin with some great friends (Justin and Erica Barnes) of ours! Deer Lake Cabins is about 3 hours away and provided tons of outdoor fun! We had a blast! Seriously one of the best trips I have taken!!!

Paddle boat fun, kayaks, and more boats...Of course Erica and I got crazy...took 5 kids out on a paddle boat by ourselves!!! So funny!

Cabin...so pretty and peaceful! I LOVE this place!!

Fishing it up! We caught 30 fish...literally would throw it and catch one! The daddy's were very busy baiting hooks and taking fish off!

The mule's! The absolute most fun we had! LOVED every minute! We got so muddy....it was great! Our mule quit on us going up a very steep hill! We unloaded, turned around, and saw a sign that read "lost acres". haha! We had not a clue where we were but finally were able to get it running again! We loaded back up and tried to find our way back to the office. It was smoking by now! We had to put it in neutral and coast as much as possible! What an adventure!!! The lady at the office was so super nice!! She gave us a golf cart to use until another mule was ready! Then we scored a brand new mule and rode for another few hours! We went through so many trails. They literally have miles and miles of trails! This country crew had such a blast and got to show our redneck side!!! haha

Games, hot dogs, and marshmallows...

So ready to go back!!!
