Day on the Safari at Fossil Rim!

We have been planning on going to Fossil Rim (http://www.fossilrim.org) ever since we moved here 3 years ago! Today it happened and oh what fun!!! We must have went at a good time because there wasn't a lot of folks there so that was great! We all acted like kids and were oh look at that or wow!!! Even Caleb started saying WOW for the first time! How cute is that! Here are some pics of the day! The highlight was feeding the giraffe's right out of our hands! Jason, myself, and Noah all fed the giraffe's. Ethan said he like just throwing the food at them! Which reminds me when we first got there Ethan threw some food out the window followed by the statement, "yes, I hit one"! Then we had to explain the concept of throwing the food in such a way as to not actually injure an animal! Man I love these kids!!! On further down in the trip we saw some more zebra's lots of them! They were all on one side of the car where the kids and Jason were petting them. I was in photo mode and was capturing the moment! Then all of a sudden a zebra stuck his head in my window and hit me in the back! Like he was saying yes lady pictures are great but I need some food here!! What great memories....love it....fed a giraffe out of my hand and got hit by zebra all in one day!
