The Woe's of Grocery Shopping!

I am sure some of you other mom's can relate to my pains of shopping with two kids! Well for the most part Noah does really good when we go shopping. He's pretty much always sat in the buggy without any problems. I don't remember any real issues when he was a baby either. He never tried to turn around, reach in the back for the products, or climb out. The easy shopper.

Noah rides either in the buggy or on the buggy otherwise shopping with him is not such a treat either!!! Content Noah even though surrounded by a ton of stuff!!! Of course after this picture was taken Ethan hit him in the head with the pizza box! Poor Noah :) You can see Ethan getting into position here in the picture~

Then came Ethan ----

Oh how times have changed! My little Ethan is so not the easy shopper that Noah was and is! He is active...very active. He twist, climbs, turns, stands up, gets out of the strap, gets his leg caught in the buggy, grabs things I put in and throws them out, etc... People have stopped me on more than one occasion to tell me how sorry they feel for me or comments like....you've got your hands full...poor thing...or 2 boys wow! But today as I was reading lables to pick out something for the kiddies for lunch I heard a lot of laughing. I turned around to see what the lady was laughing at....and of course it was my Ethan that was causing the laughter. He had turned around, stood up, and was grabbing items and throwing them out of the buggy. On a normal trip to Wal-Mart I probably stop the buggy 15-30 times (depending on how long we are there) to make Ethan sit down . He is a mess!!! Well, I am always trying to explain to people what it is like to go shopping with him so I decided to just take a picture so it could do the talking.

Notice the strap is still in place! And what is he reaching for? Um, the Chef Boyardee that he had thrown out of the buggy several times so I took it and put it in the back to get it away from him! Yeah, right --- that stopped him as you can see!!!
