We went to Nocallula Falls in Gadsden, AL and camped out for Labor Day. We camped in a tent! I wasn't sure how Ethan would do, but he did great! Ok, so here we are "roughing it" with our swimming pool, air mattress, cell phone, portable fan, etc...you know the bare necessities! It is amazing how peaceful it is even with a 3 1/2 year old and a 3 month old. The funny & scary thing is that Noah slept walk for the first time (or at least the first time we know about). We were sleeping...all of the sudden we were awaken by Noah...we looked over at him sitting in the corner of the tent...he was going through stuff...we tried to talk to him but he said nothing...so Jason went to pick him up and put him back to bed...he starts fighting him, finally we got him to wake up enough to go back to bed. It was kind of crazy but I am very glad he didn't get out the tent. I think we will have to invest in a small padlock to padlock the zippers together before we go again. I actually love camping, it is so peaceful and quiet.
Check this out...
Notice what the kid in the background is saying!!! How funny is that?
And here is are little man, Ethan, enjoying talking to mommy in the tent. It was kind of dark so squinch your eyes!!!
